Elite Caregivers
Excellence in action — the professionals who represent Coastal Care Partners in our clients' homes.
Our caregivers are trained professionals supported by nurses, clinical oversight, and Coastal Care University — ensuring every home we serve reflects our standards.
Our Hiring Process
Selective by Design
Home care begins with trust.
When families invite a caregiver into their home, they are placing confidence not only in that individual — but in the organization that selected them. At Coastal Care Partners, we take that responsibility seriously.
Our hiring process is intentionally rigorous. We do not recruit at scale. We recruit with purpose. Every candidate is evaluated for experience, professionalism, judgment, and alignment with our standards. Technical ability matters — but so does composure, communication, accountability, and the ability to think clearly in real-world situations.
The process begins with credential and experience verification. We review employment history, certifications, and relevant hands-on experience. Background screening and reference verification are completed in accordance with state and regulatory standards.
But paperwork alone does not define excellence.
Candidates move through structured interviews where we assess how they communicate, how they reason through caregiving scenarios, and how they approach responsibility. We look for individuals who demonstrate steadiness under pressure, clarity in documentation, and respect in every interaction.

Not every applicant moves forward. Only those who demonstrate both competence and character advance to represent Coastal Care Partners in our clients' homes.
From there, they begin Coastal Care University — where we further develop the knowledge, discipline, and professionalism that define our team.
This selective process ensures that the caregivers who enter our system are prepared not only to provide support — but to uphold a higher standard.
Elite Training — Coastal Care University
CCU is our 100-hour advanced caregiver training program designed to elevate caregiving into true professional practice. Through structured classroom instruction, hands-on skills labs, real-world scenario training, and one-on-one mentorship, our caregivers are equipped with knowledge and practical tools that go well beyond traditional expectations.
They learn to recognize subtle changes in health and behavior. They practice communication that is clear, respectful, and proactive. They refine documentation habits, accountability standards, and professional conduct. Most importantly, they gain confidence — the kind that comes from preparation, repetition, and guidance within a nurse-led model of care.
